Die Lohnfertigung für schwer zerspanbare Werkstoffe ist einer unserer Schwerpunkte. Wir haben die Zerspanungstechnologien für die Bearbeitung von Niro, Säure- und Rostbeständige Stähle so optimiert, dass es für uns kein Problem darstellt für Sie optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

With our universal CNC and NC machines (turning, milling, grinding, eroding) we make single parts or samll series out of diverse material such as niro, steel, NI-metals and different synthetic material according to the wish of our customers.

With our 6-spindle-automatic Lathe we make parts with a diameter up to 20mm in any wanted design up to at least 40.000 pieces.

One of our strengths is the construction and making of gauges and facilities for controlling of measurement and functions.These machines are specially developed and built according to the wishes and demands of our costomers.

Our first, own product is a robot, developed for eradicating canal systems. This facility is thought to clean or repair old and dirty canals quickly and cheap.
With this robot it is possible to remove sediments from the canal system and to mill closed tubes to the main canal open (by the Inlining method) Our robot is available tow disigns: Robot K1, covers the working area from 125 - 200mm, Robot K2 from 250 - 500mm.

We are a medium-sized company and since 1.1.1994, we have been occupied with metalworking. With our twenty employees and two trainees we are able to react on the wishes of our customers flexibly and quickly and to guarantee a high quality of construction. Our task is the production of drilling, milling and turning parts in any machinable material. Our machinery is especially suitable for the production of single parts and small series. For some time now we have been able to produce turning parts in large series.Also in the sector of the production of technical devices we have got a lot of experience. Thus we construct and build "Biegelehren", "ZSB Lehren", densimeter facilities, as well as combined testing- and coining equipment for the automobile industry. Furthermore we construct and build welding equipment and tools of all kinds.
